When you call the clinic, one of our nurses will ask you the list of questions below and then get Dr Emily to call you back with prices and a plan so you know what to expect. Alternatively, you can e-mail us the answers to the questions below to info@mermaidvet.com.au and Dr Emily will call you back once she has gone through the details.

- Where are you exporting your pet to?
- What date would you like to export your pet?
- Is your pet up to date with
- Core vaccinations (C5/F3)?
- Internal parasite prevention? And if so what product?
- External parasite prevention? And if so what product?
- Heartworm prevention? And if so what product?
- Has your pet ever received any other elective vaccines such as the Rabies or Leptospirosis vaccine?
- Does your pet have any previously diagnosed medical conditions?
- Is your pet on any medications currently?
- Have you got a transport cage prepared for your pet for export? If so, MS will email document.
- Have you contacted the airline/vessel company to ensure your pet is eligible for transport? If not, please do so.
