Housecalls are one of the many services Mermaid Waters Veterinary Surgery can offer you.
Do you have more than 1 pet that needs vaccinating? Why not arrange a housecall to reduce the stress of bringing everyone in at once. Especially cats who hate to travel in cars! Sometimes a housecall euthansia can be a lot easier and more peaceful to deal with rather than the stress of everyone coming in to the clinic.
Housecalls can be done Tuesdays from 8am- 11am & Wednesday – Friday from 930am – 4pm. Housecall consults are limited but the clinic is open to see you and your pet outside of these hours if these times are not suitable for you.
If your pet is unwell we still recommend bringing your pet to the clinic as further diagnostic testing may be necessary and can not be done at home such as blood testing, x-rays, hospitalisation and fluid therapy. If you are unable to physically bring your pet to the clinic there are pet transportation services that can assist you to get your pet to the clinic such as the Animal Ambulance which is operational 24/7.
